I have been recording free and sometimes very personal sounds with my field recorder for awhile now but I have never been very good at carrying it on any regular basis. So in an effort to remember to bring it out with me more often, I decided a few months ago to begin a sound journal, and now in an effort to remember to clear my memory card more often, I have started a sound blog.
This space is intended to be about sound and not about words so I will be writing very little. But I welcome any comments and I hope that my sounds are as interesting to you as they are to me. Not because I think I am "interesting"! but because sound itself is interesting, and I have learned that recording it is a terrific way to remember and/or appreciate a time.
Also, since I am new to posting sounds, I welcome any suggestions for improvement.
